The pin box has a keyway where the spring bolt sits that you slide in where the air spring rests; it is hard to see the whole thing due to it being black, but I added a photo which shows where it is. Hey Sandra so we've actually checked with Dometic in the past about seeing if they have replacement foot pedals for the 310 and they do not have that as a replaceable part. Only solution would be to replace the toiled or modify what you have now to get rid of the sharp edges like with a file or sandpaper.

If your landing gear is acting up like that then you need to check your ground to make sure it is secured to a clean, bare-metal surface, your power wiring that nothing it damaged, and then the battery in your 2010 Keystone Avalanche because a depleted battery could possibly be sending intermittent power like what you described.

The Trailair Rota-Flex 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC328330 has a steel sleeve inside of it that those two bolts thread into. If the bolts keep coming loose then the sleeve is damaged and moving around inside the box. Since there isn't a way to access and repair this the only option is a complete replacement of the pin box. The Self-Adjusting Brake Assemblies like # AKEBRK-7-SA will still have a manual adjuster to allow you to relieve the brake shoe pressure. You need to simply remove the plug on the back of the assembly and adjust the manual dial using a small screwdriver or brake adjuster spoon # W80630. With connected landing gear you can't swap out the follow leg for a lead leg and motor to operate them independently. The gear wouldn't work and you wouldn't be able to orient the leg properly either. The issue you are having with the trailer nose sitting higher and no further adjustments can be made to the pin box or hitch is pretty common nowadays since trucks continue to get taller and taller. The Reese Electric 5th Wheel Landing Gear # RP500708 you were looking at may fit your 2011 Keystone Avalanche 5th Wheel Model 330RE, but the only way to be sure is measure the distance between the weld stops of your current landing gear.
The weld stops of the # RP500708 measure 15-1/2" apart inside to inside, and 17-1/2" apart outside to outside as you can see in the included diagram. As long as this matches your current landing gear this would be the correct replacement for you.
